If you use the contact form or email us, we receive the details you give: your name, organisation, email address, phone number if provided, and your message. This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across other sites. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, arrange a demo or pilot, and keep a record of our correspondence. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and delete them when they are no longer needed.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers who help us run our business, such as our website and email hosting providers, and only as needed for that purpose.

Your rights

You have rights under UK data protection law, including the right to ask for a copy of your information, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to how we use it. Contact us at the address above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

The SweepBoard app

This notice covers this website. Information held in a client’s SweepBoard system is processed by TRM on behalf of that client, under our agreement with them. A summary of what the app stores is on our Security and data page.
