Run a drill from start to stand down

This is the real SweepBoard layout running an example two-floor store. Watch the 15-second version, or take the controls: start a drill on the controller board, then tap areas clear on the wardens’ phones.

  1. Raise itThe controller starts a drill or evacuation. The clock starts.
  2. Alert wardensEvery warden’s phone gets a push alert that opens their floor.
  3. SweepWardens tap each area clear, or log an issue, as they go.
  4. All clearThe time the last area was swept is stamped. Roll call is checked.
  5. Stand downThe full record is saved to the site’s drill history.
The board is on standby, as it would be on any normal day.

Drill report

When the controller presses Stand Down, the report for this drill appears here: every area, who swept it and when, issues found, roll call and notes. In the app it prints straight to PDF.

Site records

Every drill and evacuation is kept for the site, ready for your fire risk assessor, insurer or inspecting officer. Export to CSV at any time.

What you just saw

In a real building it works exactly the same way

The demo runs in this page with example data. The real system does this across every warden’s phone, on your own floor plans.

Now see it on your own floor plans

A guided demo takes 30 minutes. A pilot takes one drill.
